Becky is a native of St. Louis, but discovered indoor cycling while living in New Orleans, and when she discovered CycleBar, she knew she had found her tribe! Everything from the people, the music, lights, atmosphere, and killer workout offer a release from the pressures of everyday life. You are in control if your ride and can tailor it to what your body and mind need each day. Becky’s a 90’s pop queen at heart, but in addition to upbeat, fun music you’re sure to hear some intense beats that will push you to places you didn’t even realize you were capable of going.
