Nina
Nina is a lover of all things CycleBar. Being devoted to indoor cycling, she finds the space of a CycleBar studio to be one-of-a-kind. After riding for four years, she felt determined to make the podium her home, so that she can share this energy and safe space with others. Since she is a 5th grade teacher, the podium provides her with the opportunity to use her teaching skills to lead riders, while motivating them to use this space to release any negative energy. Having years of dance and cheerleading experience, she continues to have a long-time love for music and rhythm. Her music can range from a killer beat drop to a heartfelt tear-jerker, making her classes fly. Nina will provide riders not only with a high energy, and challenging class, but a place to open up, build self-awareness, and tune into themselves. When you leave her class, she strives to help you feel cleansed, confident and ready to take on any part of the day.
