Reaching a state of flow is what makes a workout more than just a physical challenge. It's what is often referred to as a "runner's high." The point at which your exercise because meditative, not just providing your physical body with what it needs but giving your mind what it craves. Sam finds this state of flow in rhythm riding, and since 2013 has been leading indoor cycling classes to share this experience with as many people as he can.
