Courtney Vadnais began her cycling journey in high school to cross train for tennis. She received a full tennis scholarship to Tulane University where her love of cycling classes continued. While in graduate school she was looking for a way to make some extra money and stay active. Cycling checked all the boxes. She has been teaching in the Pittsburgh area for over 15 years at local boutique studios and larger national chains. Courtney was a founding owner of Steel Revolution in Shadyside until she sold her share in 2018. Her rides are musically driven and intense! She loves playing hip hop classics and current EDM hits. She believes the playlist is the most important aspect of a class. Courtney is also a full-time school counselor at a local middle school. When she isn’t motivating clients at CycleBar or working as a counselor she is enjoying the growing restaurant scene in Pittsburgh with friends or hanging with her husband and two kids.
