With experience in the group fitness industry, over 15 years as a a Registered nurse and being a mom, Julie is passionate about staying active and living a healthy lifestyle. Julie is a NASM certified personal trainer, Co founder of her own fitness brand, Wolfpack Fitness, and is an avid triathlete. Julie’s goals are to help you realize your full potential. To help you become stronger and make sure you are having fun while doing it! Her coaching style is intense and powerful, yet motivating. Julie loves exploring and using music to energize the room. You can be guaranteed to always leave her class smiling and sweaty! Outside of the cycle theatre you will find Julie spending time with her kids, training for her next race, traveling and enjoying chocolate and wine!
