When training to complete my fifth marathon back in 2015, I fell in love with indoor cycling. Not only was it amazing cross training, but it enhanced my abilities as an runner. I was faster and stronger not only physically, but mentally as well. While training for my first half iron-man this past September, CycleBar helped prepare me for one of the toughest events I’ve ever completed.
