Staying active has always been important for Lindsay. For 5 years, running was where she felt the best. She completed a marathon, multiple half marathons, and a variety of other races, but after realizing running was not the best for her body, she needed to find a replacement for the adrenaline, music and friendship. Lindsay found CycleBar, and after one class she was hooked. Pretty soon she was taking 4- 5 classes a week, even on the morning of her wedding! She loves coaching riders through the tough parts and seeing the looks of accomplishments at the end of class!
