Stephen
Stephen started with CycleBar New Orleans in 2019 before moving to St. Louis in 2021. He loves playing dancey, poppy tunes that put a smile on your face while you sweat so that you can find the fun in fitness. His riders love his Showtune Sunday classes where you'll hear all your favorite Broadway, Disney, and movie musical songs. Outside of CycleBar, Stephen does diversity, equity, and inclusion work in higher education and runs a food Instagram @stepheneatsstl. You can catch him having brunch on a patio or walking through a park with his husband Tyler and dog Bruce!
