Katie
Katie has over 16 years of experience in the fitness field as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and more, but cycling is by far her favorite class to teach! Katie is grateful to be in a field where the atmosphere is always positive, fast-paced and people are constantly working hard. It inspires her and continuously drives her passion.
Katie thrives on high energy classes and loves seeing people push themselves out of their comfort zones. She is a big believer in high intensity interval training and loves that you can achieve this on the bike while still keeping it low impact on the body.
Outside of the gym, Katie enjoys watching her 3 children compete in hockey, baseball, volleyball and dance, spending time with her puppy at the dog park, family vacations (most recent fav: Southern Utah), unwinding on the lake or at home watching movies with her husband.
