Jen fell in love with indoor cycling a few years ago when she was going through an injury while training for a Marathon. She used cycling to help cope with her injury and fell in love it. She’s been a lifelong runner and has coached, but really missed being able to encourage and motivate others. Jen wants her riders to make those 45mins a time for themselves, a time to find your purpose, and most importantly a time where you let go of everything and make it about you and accomplishing your goals. When’s she’s not exercising or working, you can find her watching sports, or at sporting events, traveling, or spending time with her family and friends. She hopes you’ll feel the same about making some part of each day for yourself, doing what you love and making yourself feel good about your accomplishments!
