Kenya has had a passion for fitness since she was a little girl. Her first indoor cycling experience was during college, and in 2011 she followed through on her New Year’s resolution to become an instructor. Kenya wants her riders to get out of their comfort zones; she wants them to feel the ride and embrace change. Her classes are high-energy and unexpected from beginning to end—she’ll keep you guessing every time! In her free time, she loves hanging out with her hubby and American Eskimo dog—and creeping the latest fitness fashion.
