Theresa
Theresa is our resident Jersey girl. Born & raised just outside of Philly (GO BIRDS!), she always knows when to toss out the perfectly timed fist pump. Believe it or not, Theresa actually HATED cycling, but decided to give CycleBar a shot because (after much internet stalking) she learned that the focus is on the community & enjoying a heart-pumping, FUN, completely inclusive workout — not something to be intimidated by. In two years she went from hating cycle to becoming an instructor… that’s the power of what this room can do, and she wants to share that power with YOU!
