Sheen
Shelleen, AKA Sheen, eats, sleeps, and breathes CycleBar. (Just look at her closet which is 80% CycleBar gear, and you'll agree). She took her first ride in 2020 and was immediately hooked. She loves 90's grunge and rock music and incorporates it into her classes. Her goal as an instructor is to help every rider recognize their unique traits are what help them achieve more than they thought they could. When Sheen isn't teaching, she can be found doing makeup artistry, road biking, camping, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and son.
