Trish is a health and wellness enthusiast, wife, mom, nutritionist, and lover of all things peanut butter. With over 15 years of teaching experience, she brings a positive energy into class which will leave you feeling empowered, energized, and wanting to come back for more. Her absolute favorite part of teaching is connecting with each class member. When she isn’t at the studio teaching, you can find her enjoying time with her family in the outdoors, traveling, and often on the back of a Harley-Davidson.
