Chase

Chase started his fitness career in cardio kickboxing, and began to cycle as a personal hobby to complement his other workout routines. Gradually he realized there weren't any other exercises that could successfully transform a basic workout into a physical and mental experience, and knew that he wanted to bring his personal flair to the podium. With heart pumping music, challenging intervals, and plenty of dancing, Chase's main goal is to guide his riders through the same physical and mental journey.
