Beth has over 25 years of experience teaching group fitness, in a variety of formats, including BodyAttack, BodyStep, CX Worx, and BodyPump at gyms such as Gold’s Gym, VillaSport, Bladium, and TruFit (now Zone Athletic Clubs.) It wasn’t until the day she walked into her first CycleBar class that she realized what she was missing! The setting, format, ride stats, and fitness journey that she experienced at CycleBar inspired her to become a CycleStar. Beth will welcome you to the sweaty heart thumping workout by coaching you, challenging you, and using the music to inspire the ride. Beth will make sure you walk out feeling better than when you walked in!
