Casey is a mom of 2 who is married to her high school sweetheart. Casey has been in retail management for 15 years, and found indoor cycling when she was looking for a way to get a little piece of herself back. Casey tried every spin studio in the area, but never truly felt welcome and accepted until she came into CycleBar Temecula. From the moment she walked in the door, Casey felt at home, and what started as a little self care, turned into a passion that has led her to Instructor.
