Kathryn is a full-time therapist specializing in eating disorders and body image. She loves long distance running and has completed more than 10 half marathons and a full marathon. Indoor cycling became her go-to workout after countless overuse injuries. She learned the hard way that exercise is about being good to yourself—not for punishment. For Kathryn, riding is not about how we look—it’s about how we feel.
