I have been an indoor cycle enthusiast for 20 years and teaching for 10 of them I love music from any genre, as long as it has a great beat! My friends call me “Lyd”- apparently Lydia has too many syllables I am a single mother to 2 amazing grown daughters I am a Spartan forever (even though 1 of my daughters is a Wolverine). Go Green!!
