Maddie

Maddie began taking indoor cycling classes back in 2015 on recommendation from a friend. She was hooked after her first class. She attended her first CycleBar class a few years after that, and loved how it was an immersive experience, not just a way to burn calories. In her classes, Maddie emphasizes staying present and getting what you need right there in that moment. Through her own experiences she’s learned that exercise should be about nourishing your body, moving with intention, and embracing those moments of discomfort. Outside of the studio you may find Maddie dogsitting, studying, hiking, or frolicking through the aisles of Trader Joe’s.
