Mackenzie was searching for a way to remove the drudgery from her workouts when she first took an indoor cycling class. As a musician and dancer, she fell in love with the musical landscape of each ride. As an athlete and fitness instructor, she enjoyed the intensity of the class and the added challenge of riding to the beat. She uses an energetic soundtrack, her fitness knowledge, and an encouraging attitude to take riders on a fun and challenging journey. Mackenzie wants her riders to have fun, and to leave class feeling accomplished, motivated, and inspired.
