John comes from an athletic background, having played numerous sports competitively growing up. After chasing his dream of professional golf after college, he found group fitness as the next outlet for that competition within himself. Making the transition from rider to podium, John wants to challenge you to find new levels of focus & ability on the bike in a way that will translate beyond the studio, all while making the work feel fun. Come to class ready to work hard, free to be yourself and looking for happiness on the other side.
