Heather loves CycleBar because it brings people together from all levels of fitness and allows them to ride and grow together as one in the hyped up, fans blasting, music blaring cycle theater. She believes that all bodies are good bodies and that everyone belongs on a bike! Her favorite feeling is giving out sweaty high fives and seeing smiles across the room after an awesome class.
