WHAT IS CYCLEBAR'S INDOOR CYCLING TRAINING PROGRAM?

CycleBar’s Indoor Cycling Training Program is an online course that introduces

the fundamentals of teaching a rhythm-based, interval-driven cycling experience.

Whether you’re a fitness professional seeking continuing education credits or a cycling enthusiast interested in teaching at a local CycleBar, this training will provide invaluable resources to help develop your technique, musicality, and confidence as a fitness coach.

How soon can I start?

You can start at any time.

This is a self-paced course and entirely online.

The window to complete the course is 6 months.

 

What is the time commitment for the course?

The course may be completed anywhere between 3-5 weeks depending on previous indoor cycling teaching experience.

Our team recommends devoting at least 5-6 hours a week to developing consistent technique and an understanding of the material.

 

Are there any prerequisites?

There are no prerequisites for this course.

 

What do I need for the course?

Access to a desktop computer is necessary to complete the online course modules and assessments.

Access to a stationary bike is strongly recommended to get the full benefits of the applied learning exercises.

 

How will I receive my certificate of completion?

You will receive your digital certificate of completion immediately upon passing the final exam.

 

What are my continuing education options upon completion?

If you’re interested in teaching at a local CycleBar, contact your nearest studio to set up an audition.

A passing audition and completion of this course are prerequisites for the CycleBar Level 2 Bridge Training Program.

 

What is the cost of the training?

The cost of the training program is $400. 

 

How many CEU’s will I earn for the course?

Earn 1.9 CEUs for NASM, 15 CEUs for AFAA, and 20 CEUs for ISSA.
