Ali fell in love with indoor cycling in college and has been riding and teaching ever since. In Ali's classes, you can expect to work hard and get your sweat in but also laugh and have fun with your teammates in the room. She loves discovering new music in class and playing everything from country to EDM to showtunes. Ali's goal is always to have you leave her classes feeling sweaty, proud and confident for the rest of your day!
