Haley

Haley has been riding with CycleBar for three years! She fell in love with the space and the movement instantly and joined as a front desk staff before transitioning into the instructor role. She remembers taking her second class ever thinking "I want to do that some day!" She instructed for 1.5 years in Charlotte, NC before making the move to Boston last spring. CycleBar has been her home away from home and is the room she can always come back to to take what she needs, and leave what she doesn't. Her goal for each class is to provide you with some awesome beats, remind you of your own power, and give you permission to take up space!
