Lynsey
Lynsey is from North Hollywood and has been teaching spin for 7 years. She got her start at Flywheel and then moved to Equinox after Flywheel closed their studios. Lynsey loves throwback remixes and dancing on the bike! In her free time, Lynsey coaches high school running teams. She moved to Central Oregon to be closer to family and to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
