Remy started cycling almost 2 years ago and has been instructing for 1.5 years! She loves anything to do with moving your body! Dancing, running, Pilates, etc! Music along with teaching spin is her greatest passion! She dreams of working in the music industry as well as owning her own spin studio one day!
