Helena

Helena, also known as Hele, was born in Buenos Aires but has lived in Miami, St. Louis, Houston, and now Berkeley. By day she is at school getting her MBA at UC Berkeley Haas. Hele has been teaching fitness classes since she was in college. She taught cycling, HIIT, and yoga but always loved being on the bike the most. Her favorite music includes a mix of latin rap, R&B, house, and hip hop. She loves complicated choreography, fast runs, and a heavy beat.
