Mark grew up in Bismarck, where he lives with his 3 amazing daughters and frisbee-catching Labraheeler mix. Follow him on social media for more dog videos than you can possibly handle!
In addition to instructing at CycleBar, Mark is a Scientist for the State of North Dakota and an Adjunct Professor at Bismarck State College. You could say that he likes to stay busy and teaching is in his blood!
He took his first CycleBar class in September of 2021, at a friend's request, and absolutely fell in love with it! He had never taken a group fitness class before, so he was a little apprehensive, but he's SO glad that he did!
CycleBar has been the one consistent part of his crazy life ever since that first ride!! In his spare time he enjoys music, working out, playing basketball, cooking, camping with his family, and flying drones.
