Kate

Joining the studio as a CBX in 2022, Kate quickly fell in love with cycling and the community at CBCC. She started instructing while a student at Temple University and since then has been eager to get back on the podium. In Kate’s class you can expect a wide variety of music, heavy hills, and some dancing in between. Come ready to sweat and smile!!
