Audrey

Audrey is a long-time CycleBar rider and instructor who recently moved to the area. In high school, she worked as a CBX in her hometown before going to college and becoming an instructor just over a year ago at the local CycleBar in her new city. She loves this studio and this family because no matter where you go, CycleBar is consistent in its motivation and supportive environment. In her classes, she brings that same energy—along with loud music, wild remixes, and challenging choreography that give her riders the opportunity for growth and remind them there is strength in change. Outside of teaching, Audrey is a nurse at WakeMed Raleigh on a neurological floor. She loves spending time with her people, playing with her dog, and trying new coffee shops. She can’t wait to ride with you in the dark room they get to call their space!
