Cordilia

Cordilia instructs because she loves watching the community grow and improve together, members and staff alike! The people at this studio have poured so much into her, and she is beyond grateful to be able to give back. Having the ability to turn someone’s bad day into a good day through encouragement and movement is extremely fulfilling. Outside of the studio, she is an anesthesiologist consultant, an older sister to three younger sisters, and enjoys trying new restaurants with her friends.
