Ashley

Born and raised in the DC area, Ashley has always had a passion for movement, music, and community. A proud Virginia Tech alum, she brings high energy and plenty of personality to every ride. In Ashley’s classes, you can expect a mix of Latin music, EDM, and Hip-Hop, with plenty of throwbacks and surprises along the way. Whether it’s your first ride or your 100th, her goal is to help every rider leave feeling stronger mentally and physically while having fun along the way. Off the bike, Ashley works in digital marketing and loves finding new ways to connect, create, and bring people together.
