Carter has been coaching with CycleBar for over three years. As a lifelong dancer, she quickly fell in love with rhythm-based riding and choreography on the bike. She pulls from her dance background to keep her choreography fresh, engaging, and intrinsically tied to the music! Carter's classes focus on showing up with solid form, musicality, self-love, and mental strength. Getting a good workout in Carter's class is a given - she will encourage you to take it one step further and manifest positive energy to carry you throughout the day. Outside of class, you can find Carter working in global maternal and newborn health, playing with her dog Gus, reading the latest book release, or training for her next race!
