Alec is a father of two girls. He grew up in Northbrook and is passionate about music and fitness. Alec has been cycling for years and rides his fixie in his spare time. His main goal is to encourage everyone especially other parents to make time to incorporate fitness and healthy eating into their weekly schedule. His favorite activity is to watch new movies and tv shows with his family.
