Sophie
Meet Sophie! Sophie is one of CB Deerfield's youngest instructors. She attends Washington University in St. Louis and is studying psychology on the pre-med track. Sophie has been a loyal CycleBar rider for over five years and has been a founding instructor at Deerfield since it opened! When she’s not teaching, she’s either studying, running, or taking another instructor's CycleBar class! When you ride with Sophie, you can catch her playing Bruce Springsteen, Harry Styles, Mumford & Sons, Lizzo, or anything remixed! Her energy and joy before, after and throughout class will leave you in a feel-good mood all day!
