From dedicated rider to instructor, CycleBar introduced Rose to finding the joy in living her healthiest life. When not in the studio, she values spending free time with her golden retriever, Ollie, and discovering new and exciting ways to stay active. Be prepared to hear a mix of hip hop, EDM, and mashups in each of her classes…BANGERS ONLY! She finds no greater joy than seeing her riders walk out of the studio full of energy and ready to take on the world!
