Karen Maxwell, best known as "KMax" holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre and Performing Arts from Biola University. KMax is the Director of Education for CycleBar and has been with the brand for 7.5 years. She is Mad Dogg certified in indoor cycling and has been teaching for 10 years. Previously she taught for Flywheel Sports in Los Angeles. She is also a certified ISSA sports science nutritionist with a passion for food and nutrition.
