Whether she knew it or not the minute Allowyn stepped into her first CycleBar class, she found her passion. Finding a place where she could combine her love of movement, performance, and LED lights was a dream come true. She loves combining choreography and intervals to help each rider feel accomplished while hitting new milestones every class. Allowyn has high energy classes where she encourages every rider to hit their own personal goals and leave the studio feeling their best!
