Trina
Trina graduated from North Carolina School of the Arts majoring in Ballet. She has danced professionally for Disney World, Universal Studios in multiple shows, parades, cruise ships, tv spots for over 10 years. From there, she started teaching dance and found a love for fitness and cycling. Her class is all about finding that strength hidden within, that inner athlete with endless beat drops. When she is not getting sweaty with “y’all” in the studio, she is at home snuggling with her husband and her dog on the couch watching movies.
