Vaughn-Regan

A Graduate of Duke University, Vaughn is currently a masters student at Emory University pursuing her Master of Public Health. With a background in cheerleading and dance, Vaughn had completely stopped group fitness after graduating high school. While searching for ways to exercise during her time in New York City as an undergraduate intern, Vaughn found and fell in love with cycling. During her senior year she discovered a local CycleBar studio and immediately knew that she wanted to become an instructor. You can enjoy throwbacks, hip-hop, pop, and alternative music during Vaughn’s classes. She believes that there’s a song for every single person to enjoy within her playlists! When not at CycleBar, you can find Vaughn crocheting, watching college basketball, or traveling!
