I LOVE to dance and have been dancing since the age of 3. I’m a member of collegiate dance team, and then fell in love with choreographing routines for various events. I have been teaching group fitness classes for over 8 years (AFAA certified) with a specialty in dance fitness. I’m a busy mom of 2 and also a nurse coordinator/educator for a critical care unit.
I feel that health and wellness is a HUGE part of balance for everyone! CycleBar classes are a total body workout while also being a good outlet for daily stress relief! I want riders to come in with an open mind, let loose, and believe in themselves. I hope that they take away a positive experience and feel accomplished with whatever goal they have set for themselves. I want to be their motivator and cheerleader on a weekly basis.
