Betty was born and raised in a Arkansas (woo pig!) & found spin during the pandemic. Upon moving to NYC to pursue a career in Musical Theatre she found CycleBar NYC & didn’t look back! From CBX, to GM, & now Instructor Betty is all about the people and community we build when we ride as one. Expect good vibes & beat drops in every class!
