Rich

Although he hails from the farmlands of Ohio, Rich spent a 12-year theatre career living in NYC. Performances took him across the globe including The West End in London, a Las Vegas residency, Scandinavian and Australian tours, and a circus in Switzerland. In 2020 Rich traded in his fast-paced life for Colorado living and hasn’t looked back. The CycleBar studio is his favorite place- the music, the lights, the energy, but mostly the community. Look to his classes for a huge variety of tunes, terrible dad jokes, and inspiration to push just a little bit harder. He proudly has a decade plus of sobriety, and lives with his wife, Olivia, his son, Alfie, his dog, Walter, and his Type-1 diabetes.
