Arlene
Arlene is originally from Arizona, so she’s no stranger to the sunshine or heat! Her first job out of college had her move all over the country, from Dallas to Boston to Seattle and now to Fort Lauderdale, and she always found herself at a CycleBar. This is how she formed her community living in so many new places and she knew she wanted to help foster the same experience for others as an instructor. Her goal for every class is for her riders to leave feeling better than they came!
