Kat first got into indoor cycling about 10 years ago when she started taking classes to switch up her workout and cross train. Her love of cardio, a good sweat, and heart-pumping music made it a perfect fit. As an instructor, Kat wants her riders to feel empowered and accomplished when they finish a ride. She works hard to make every ride an exciting experience that just flies by, and hopes her energy and enthusiasm will get her riders fired up.
