Laird is a South Carolina native and moved to Greenville after graduating from Penn State in 2019. A real estate agent, trivia host, marketing director, and now a CycleBar instructor, Laird likes to stay busy and he claims there is no better way to destress than jumping on the bike. After being a rider for a year, Laird decided to train to be a CycleBar instructor so he can help others feel welcome, loved, and enjoy a fun-energizing workout.
