Trina
Trina was born and raised in Durham, NC and graduated with a degree in Ballet from NC School of the Arts. She subsequently danced professionally in ballet companies before moving to Florida where she became a cast member at Disney World. She performed in many dancing roles over her 10 years there. She then joined the original cast of Harry Potter BeauxBatons at Universal Studios and performed for 5 years before moving with her husband to Atlanta, Georgia in 2015. There, she became a NASM certified personal trainer. Shortly after, she joined CycleBar as an instructor in 2021 and a boxing coach for Rumble in 2023. She describes her vibes on the bike to be full of power and high energy with lots of good beat drops!
