Alyse
Originally from Texas, Alyse started off as a CBX and eventually auditioned to be an instructor! She has always enjoyed the environment of group fitness and loves motivating her riders to show up and be themselves. In her classes, you will hear EDM and rap. Her favorite class format is Connect. When not instructing, Alyse works full time in the finance industry, loves going to coffee shops and is an avid runner.
